Chris Brown's hit-and-run victim says he went NUTS after he hit her car last month, screaming at her to the point where Karrueche Tran had to step in.
Olga Gure-Kovalenko says that Chris rear-ended her Mercedes, at which point they pulled to the side of the road, got out took pictures of the vehicles.
Things went downhill fast, Olga said in a written statement to police, when she asked for Chris Brown's driver's license, registration and insurance info.
His girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, handed over HER license, at which point Olga said she obviously needed to see Chris' license, as he was the driver.
Karrueche said she was the owner of the car so Chris didn't need to supply anything (which is untrue). Olga persisted and asked for Chris' information.
When Chris and Karrueche refused to cooperate, Olga took a picture of the two of them, fearing that they might bolt without providing any information.
That's when Chris lost it, Gure-Kovalenko claims.
"The guy [Chris] tried to grab camera or me," her declaration reads. "I jumped back, the girl [Karrueche] screamed, 'Don't touch her, don't touch her!'"
She says Chris then started to rant, "You are a bitch! Who do you think you are, bitch? Do you think if you driving Mercedes so got money, bitch?"
"Do you think I am just some black n***er?!"
After that tirade, Chris "bragged about how much money he has and offered up false registration," then "continued screaming, slammed a door and drove away fast and noisy."
She had no idea who he was when he rear-ended her.
Chris' lawyer, Mark Geragos, counters that this is a "B.S." charge, saying Chris did provide his Virginia driver's license and also an insurance card.
Geragos says Chris has two cars, and the insurance card he forked over was for his Lamborghini, not the Range Rover he was driving at the time.
We're guessing it is not actually Karrueche's.
Geragos admits Chris does not have a valid California license, but says it's absurd to charge him with hit-and-run when he provided sufficient information.
We'll see how prosecutors feel about it.
